Well, I reckon Oguro was offside, but the flags stayed down, and it was N. Korea 0 - 2 Japan, in Bangkok, with no crowd. So Team Japan is the first country in the world to qualify for Germany 2006. There's been a party atmosphere on TV, and a proliferation of Yanagisawa, who scored the first goal, shirts on the streets. It's good news for me; since it looks like Scotland won't make it, I'll have a team to support.
